The unpasteurized Junmai Daiginjo is aged in bourbon barrels from Kentucky, USA, and carefully monitored by a master brewer with a passion for whisky, who determines its optimal drinking window—resulting in a truly premium Japanese sake.

It is distinguished by its rich, sweet aromatics reminiscent of vanilla and caramel, offering a refined and elegant profile that sets it apart from conventional Junmai Daiginjo.

It pairs exceptionally well with a wide range of cuisines—Japanese, Western, and Chinese alike—as well as with desserts such as chocolate.
